We accept credit card & debit card payments made by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, DISCOVER, Apple Pay. (2.99% per transaction.)
We also accept bank transfers. (1% per transaction, max $15 per transaction.)
We also accept payments through Paypal and Venmo (3% per transaction)
We also accept checks and Zelle.

Shipping is an additional charge on top of product/order price. We also allow for pick-up at our studio. Please specify which method you would like in your order notes.
Our products are delivered within the U.S.A. via UPS or USPS. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-5 business days after the order is completed. Always Lucky Studio, LLC. is not responsible for delays or damage to the product after the package has left our premises.

Always Lucky Studio, LLC. must be contacted within 7 business days if there are any issues with your print or vinyl order.
We are attentive with each order, and we watch for any possible problems and issues before orders leave our studio. We cannot be held liable for low quality art (pixelation, blurriness, distortion), misspellings, grammar mistakes, etc. Custom products cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us.

For payments made with credit cards, we will refund back to the original credit card plus a 3.5% credit card transaction fee
For payments made with cash, check, Zelle, and ACH deposits, we will refund with a check or Zelle. -
For persons under eighteen, you must have parental permission to purchase products from Always Lucky Studio, LLC.

Always Lucky Studio, LLC. only prints what the Customer sends to us and is not responsible for the content or use. The Customer holds all rights to use, publishing, and the rights to use the forwarded data, particularly with regard to text and images. The Customer is solely responsible for the goods. By submitting the artwork to Always Lucky Studio, LLC. you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. Always Lucky Studio is not responsible for the loss of or damage to your artwork.
The Customer exempts Always Lucky Studio, LLC. and it’s agents unconditionally from any claims other parties may aim at Always Lucky Studio, LLC. in connection with infringement of third party rights, particularly copyright, arising from the use of data transmitted from the client.

Estimates are good for seven (7) calendar days or the expiration date stated on your estimate. After this period elapses, we will provide you with a new estimate.

Print, Vinyl, & Adhesives

The Customer agrees to let Always Lucky Studio, LLC. display samples in our physical portfolios, on our website, social media, and other electronic venues.

Always Lucky Studio, LLC. adds a $24 service charge per print order.

We will do our best to QC/notify you with print proofs before final production.
Gallery Walls

The rental period shall commence on the Start Date and end on the End Date as specified in the Rental Info.

Lessee shall pay Lessor the Total Rental Amount as specified in the Rental Info. A 50% deposit is required 14 days prior to the event date to secure the Equipment for the event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. This is inapplicable if the Total Rental Amount is paid in full. If it is less than 14 days from the event date, payment must be made in full. Payments made after their due date may be subjected to a late fee (1.99% of total invoice). We do not accept payments made less than 72 hours before the event load in date.

A 50% deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date. Up to 72 hours prior to the event's install date, a payment initially paid in full is refundable at 50% of the total.

Lessee shall only use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and in accordance with the guidelines provided by Lessor. Lessee acknowledges that the Equipment is in acceptable condition upon receipt. b. The weight capacity for a single-sided wall is 45 lbs, and for a double-sided wall, it is 35 lbs (max 17.5 lbs per side). c. Walls cannot be moved from their approved load in/event location and position or altered by anyone other than an Agent of Lessor. d. Lessee shall notify Lessor in advance if Lessee has any unapproved items they would like to use. Lessor must first approve these items and evaluate their use prior to installation.

We charge per calendar day that the walls are in your possession.

Need your walls dropped off or picked up outside of our mobile gallery wall operating hours (9 AM - 6PM)?
We got you covered for an additional 15% of said day’s total. All drop-offs and pick-ups outside of operating hours must be scheduled at the start of the hour (ie. 7 PM, 8 PM, etc.).

If you would like onsite consultation for your mobile gallery wall project / event, we charge $160 for three (3) hours.

The weight capacity for a single-sided wall is 45 lbs.
The weight capacity for a double-sided wall is 35 lbs, max 17.5 lbs per side.
By using our SureHang mounting hooks, it will increase the weight capacity to 65lbs. Renters are welcome to use our hooks. Ask your agent how they can come with your next rental.

The following are approved items to be used on the wall: picture hanging nails & hooks, pushpins, screws (no longer than 1.5 in & diameter no bigger than #8 (5 mm)), low tack adhesives (vinyl materials, masking/painter's tape, low-medium strength double-sided tape), TV under 55in, light duty shelfing, and safety signs

Lessee shall be responsible for any damage to or loss of the Equipment during the rental period. Lessee agrees to pay the assessed damage amount for any unapproved damages or loss of equipment. b. If any loss of equipment or unapproved damages occur during Lessee's rental, Lessee agrees to pay the assessed damaged amount to cover the damaged equipment materials. Total cost for one Single-Sided (SS) wall is $350, one Double-Sided (DS) wall is $500, one Pedestal is $275, one Pedestal Cover is $200, one Gallery Light and power cord is $50. c. Unapproved damages include holes larger than 0.25 in (0.635 cm), divots/cracks in wall panels, supports or frame damage (structural damages), any water damage, excessive cuts from saws and/or blades, and damage caused by solvent-based ink/paint products/silk screening, heavy-duty adhesives/caulking/sealants such as home/industrial/construction grade, spray adhesives, heavy-duty double-sided tape, and similar products. The use of paint, markers, spray paint, etc. on surfaces other than the front panel (when specifically prepared for live art by Lessor) is also considered unapproved damage. Damage from water. d. Approved mounting items that can be used on the walls include picture hanging nails & hooks, pushpins, screws (no longer than 1.5 in & diameter no bigger than #8 (5 mm)), low tack adhesives (vinyl materials, masking/painter's tape, low-medium strength double-sided tape), TV under 55in, light duty shelfing, and safety signs.

Clients shall fill out our credit card authorization form and authorize Always Lucky Studio, LLC. to charge Client’s credit card for the remaining portion of the rental amount on the day of the event. The credit card authorization form also authorizes charges for any damages caused by Client or Client’s Agents or Client’s hired contractors/event venue’s Agents to the Mobile Gallery Walls during the Lease Term.

Up to 72 hours prior to an event’s install time, a payment initially paid in full is refundable at 50% of the total.

Lessee shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for the Equipment during the rental period and provide proof of insurance upon request.

Lessee acknowledges that the Equipment is in good working condition upon receipt, free from defects and damage. b. Lessee shall return the Equipment to Lessor at the end of the rental period in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. c. Normal wear and tear shall include holes from anchor mounts, paint chips, adhesive residue, and scuff or marks that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the Equipment. d. Damage shall include, but is not limited to, holes larger than 0.25 in (0.635 cm), divots/cracks in wall panels, supports or frame damage (structural damages), and damage caused by the use of unapproved materials, excessive weight, and/or from moving walls. e. Prior to the rental period, Lessor shall provide Lessee with a detailed inspection report documenting the condition of the Equipment. Lessee shall have the opportunity to review and sign the inspection report acknowledging the Equipment's condition. f. Upon return of the Equipment, Lessor shall conduct a post-rental inspection to assess the Equipment's condition. Any damages or losses not attributed to normal wear and tear shall be documented and reported to Lessee. g. Lessee shall be responsible for any damages or losses identified during the post-rental inspection and shall reimburse Lessor for the cost of repairs or replacement.

In addition to the Total Rental Amount, Lessee shall provide Lessor with a Security Deposit prior to the start of the rental period. The Security Deposit shall be held by Lessor as security for Lessee's full and faithful performance of the terms and conditions , including but not limited to, payment of the Total Rental Amount, repair or replacement of damaged Equipment, and any other liabilities incurred by Lessee. Lessor shall refund the Security Deposit to Lessee within 4 days after the end of the rental period, provided that: i. Lessee has returned the Equipment in accordance with the Equipment Condition and Return clause; ii. Lessee has paid the Total Rental Amount and any additional charges or fees; iii. Lessor has not incurred any damages, losses, or liabilities due to Lessee's use of the Equipment or breach of their Agreement. d. If Lessor determines that the Security Deposit is insufficient to cover damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by Lessee, Lessee shall be responsible for paying the additional amount within 5 days of receipt of an invoice from Lessor. e. Lessor will notify the Lessee by email, a maximum of two times, to arrange the refund of the security deposit. Security deposits will be refunded via the method Lessee used to send funds to Lessor, excluding wire transfers/ACH direct deposits. The default refund method for wire transfers/ACH will be via check unless another form is mutually agreed. Security deposit that are undeliverable, after Lessor has attempted to return the security deposit, after 30 days will be deemed unclaimed and Lessor will retain it.

If a wall is returned upon delivery and payment, the client is eligible to receive a refund of 50% of the wall's price. The full security deposit will also be returned, provided there is no damage to the property.
