For paid in full orders, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt for your order. If you have not, we will send it shortly, or you can contact us here.
If you have reserved an order, please check your email for your confirmation. Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions tab as it sometimes it ends up in there. Your reserved order is good for one (1) week starting from the date you receive your initial confirmation. When you are ready to place your order, please forward the email to us and follow the steps below.

Get hyped!
Please begin to prepare your art files for us. We ask for the following:
Please convert all fonts to outlines or rasterize them.
Artwork colors should be CMYK when possible. Art submitted in RGB color space is fine, but color shifts are to be expected.
Image pixels should be a minimum 300 – 600 dpi at the actual size of the print.
If your art extends to the edge of the art (full bleed), please include a minimum of 0.125 inches of bleed beyond the cut lines.
Keep all important items within 0.125 inches of the cut lines.
Acceptable file formats include .PSD, .TIFF, .AI, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG (300-600 dpi)
